Left my life in Virginia a year and a half ago to study Integral Psychology based primarily on Ken Wilber’s AQAL Model at JFK University in the East Bay.

After waves of shifting attitudes, I am currently happy with the decision I made and the changes it has brought to my life. I have been focusing my academic attention mainly on applying psychological theory to music, but I’m also interested in the cultural aspects of daily life.

I am also a teacher for individuals with developmental delays, and am enjoying applying my education to my professional life. I am looking forward to using my education as a means of expanding my ability to be as present as I can in my daily life.
